03 Oct 2023 ↑ Under the valuable guidance of Principal Dr. Sushma Gupta, Dean, Dr. Kulwinder Kaur, and Coordinator, Dr. Deepak Jyoti, Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College won ‘1st Runners-Up’ Trophy in ‘Zonal Youth Festival’ at Guru Nanak Dev University from 1st to 3rd October, 2023. The college won in 24 items; first position in 06 events, second position in 14 events and third position in 04 events.

Painting on the spot, Cartooning, Clay Modeling, Debate, Folk Song, Giddha

2nd Positions- 

Collage Making, Group Shabad, Group Song Indian, Classical Music Vocal Solo, Folk Orchestra, Vaar Singing, Kavishri, Gazal, Phulkari, Mimicry, Skit, Western Solo Song, Western Group Song, Western Instrumental 

3rd Positions- 

Poster Making, Installation, Rangoli, One Act  Play

Heartfelt felicitations to eminent members of Managing Committee, the Incharges, accompanists, teachers, helpers and the students of this esteemed Institution. The joy of this victory was celebrated in the college. Dr. Kulwinder Kaur preached the moral that winning and losing are part of life. She expressed her gratitude to Madam Principal for her continuous support. She commended the efforts of all the students and the incharges of different items. At the end, all the students danced to the beats of music in the college campus.
