25 Nov 2024 ↑ Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sarla Nirankari, the managing committee, and NSS officers, The NSS Department organized a lecture on consumer awareness on 25th November 2024. The event was held under the theme "Jaago Grahak Jaago", emphasizing the need for consumers to be aware of their rights and responsibilities. The resource person for the lecture was Dr. Neenu Sharma, who delivered an informative and engaging talk on consumer awareness, showcasing an excellent PPT. Prof. Sangeeta Malhotra, NSS Coordinator, introduced the topic and highlighted the importance of consumer awareness in today's market-driven economy.

 Dr. Neenu Sharma's lecture covered various aspects of consumer awareness, including the rights of consumers, the importance of reading labels and instructions, and the need to be cautious of fraudulent practices. She also emphasized the role of consumers in promoting fair trade practices and protecting the environment. The lecture was well-received by the students, who actively participated in the discussion and asked questions. The event was a huge success, and the NSS Department deserves appreciation for organizing such an informative and engaging program.
