29 Dec 2023 ↑ Under the directions of Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, the able patronage of Mr. Dharam Indu Gupta, Secretary, Managing Committee, and the guidance of Principal Dr. Sushma Gupta, Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College observed Veer Baal Diwas on 29th December, 2023. Veer Baal Diwas is commemmorated to honour the martyrdom of Baba Fateh Singh and Zorawar Singh, the Sahibzades of 10th Guru Govind Singh Ji.

To observe the diwas, a film screening of Chaar Sahibzaade- an epic animated movie portraying the true story of courage, value, valor, character and grit was organised for the students. Madam Sangeeta gave a brief overview on the relevance of Veer Bal Diwas. At this juncture, Dr. Sushma Gupta, Ms. Sangeeta Malhotra, Ms. Rama and Ms. Taljinder were present.
