18 Apr 2023 ↑ Under the aegis of IQAC, post graduate department of computer science and IT organised six days faculty development program for the teaching and non teaching staff from 11th April to 18th April 2023 under the patronage of Principal Dr. Reena Talwar. Dr. Deepak Jyoti , HOD Computer Science department, along with able staff members Mrs. Neha Saini and Mrs. Priyanka Gupta conducted various practical sessions for the staff members.

 They taught various latest ICT based technologies which can help to improve the teaching and learning process. Mr. Manav Mahajan, director ATEC, Gurdaspur delivered a lecture on the cybersecurity issues in financial services and data management. Principal Dr. Reena Talwar presented a token of gratitude to Mr. Manav by giving him college insignia .  She appreciated and motivated the computer department faculty members to conduct such programs frequently to teach the latest ICT based teaching learning techniques. All the teachers also asked their doubts regarding latest changes happening in the field of IT and how to make themselves more updated so that the teaching learning process will be more enjoyable. The discussion was mainly focused on latest technology like robotics and Artificial intelligence. The participants also took part in many activities in the form of videos and ppts. The workshop has witnessed an enthusiastic participation from all teachers.
