13 Mar 2026 ↑ Under the able leadership of Principal Dr. Sarla Nirankari, and under the guidance of Youth Red Cross Incharge Mrs. Randeep Dhoot along with Teacher Incharge Mrs. Neha, five students from the institution proudly participated in a First Aid Training Camp organized by the Punjab State Red Cross Society, Chandigarh.The camp was held at Chandigarh University from 10 March 2026 to 13 March 2026. The primary purpose of this camp was to equip students with essential first aid skills, disaster management techniques, and emergency response knowledge, enabling them to act promptly and effectively during crises.

The students who attended the camp included:

During the camp, the students actively participated in various training sessions and also took part in a First Aid Competition focused on Disaster Management, where they demonstrated practical skills such as CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) bandaging, and emergency handling techniques. They were honoured by the Chief Guest Shivdular Singh Dhillon, Secretary-cum-Chief Executive of the Indian Red Cross Society, Punjab State Branch, Chandigarh. The institution expressed its sincere appreciation towards the Punjab State Red Cross Society for organizing such a valuable and impactful training program. The participation of students in this camp not only enhanced their practical knowledge but also instilled a sense of responsibility towards society and community welfare.
