10 Jan 2022 ↑ Under the able guidance of esteemed Principal Dr. Reena Talwar, the students of physical Education Department of Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College, Dinanagar bagged third postion in Two-days (2nd January- 3rd January) Inter- College Tournament held at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. The college got 3rd positions in three events of Epee, Foil and Sabre. The Foil team consisted of Rajni Sharma, Rohini, Muskan Devi and Sakshi. The Epee team consisted of Kajal, Jasmeet, Akanksha and Preeti Sani. The Sabre Team consisted of Akanksha Preeti Sani, Rajni Sharma and Neha. The first position was bagged by Guru Nanak Dev University. B.B.K. DAV college for Women, Amritsar got 2nd position. Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College, Dinanagar along with Khalsa College, Amritsar got 3rd positions. Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalay got 4th position. Principal Madam commended the efforts of Ms. Taljinder kaur, Head, Department of Physical Education and motivated students to achieve laurels.
