She told them that instead of having junk food ,they can prepare Sprouted Dal Salad at home ,in which seasonal vegetables and fruits can be added to make it more nutritious. She told that after sprouting the pulses ,Vitamin B & C are enhanced in it . It is full of nutrients like Protein, Vitamins , Minerals, CHO and Fibre . Students and staff were served with this Salad .Students were motivated to cook at home and let their family also enjoy the food .
