18 Aug 2026 ↑ The students visited AGM Mall, Gurdaspur on 18th August 2026 to watch the Punjabi movie Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree under the able guidance of managing committee and Principal Dr. Sarla Nirankari. The trip was organized as a recreational activity to provide students with entertainment as well as exposure to Punjabi culture and social values.

Accompanied by faculty members, the students reached the mall with great enthusiasm and enjoyed the movie together. The film, which focuses on themes of friendship, education, and responsible decision-making, was both entertaining and thought-provoking for the students. After the movie, the students were given some time to explore the mall and spend quality time with each other, which helped in strengthening their bond and relieving academic stress. The entire visit was conducted in a disciplined manner under the supervision of college teachers. The students returned to college with pleasant memories. Such activities play an important role in the overall personality development of students by giving them a refreshing break from their regular academic routine.
