Under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Sushma Gupta and Ms. Randeep Dhoot, In-charge , Youth Red Cross Unit of the college, the students participated in various events with Red Cross volunteers from different institutions of Punjab. Through this camp, the students acquired the training of First-aid. They got to know the history and relevance of Red Cross Society. They got to know the causes and remedies of prevalent socially-ill customs. To inculcate skills among students, various cultural and literary competitions were held.

The winners were awarded with shields and certificates. Their victory was celebrated with great pomp and show in the college. Madam Principal appreciated the efforts of both students and Ms. Randeep Dhoot. Mr. Hitesh, Music Department was specially commended for accompanying the students in the camp. At this occasion, Dr. Kulwinder Kaur, Dean and Dr. Deepak Jyoti, coordinator, Youth Welfare Department were present to bless the students.
