Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. The dance can also help one to develop coordination, balance, and artistic expression. This activity was organized to instill the importance of physical fitness in students. She taught easy to intricate steps of Zumba and motivated the students to practice the movements in daily routine in order to keep themselves fit.
