30 Oct 2024 ↑ Staff Welfare Society celebrated Green Diwali under the able guidance of principal Dr.Sarla Nirankari and Secretary of Management Sh. Dharam Indu Gupta ji. Green Initiative has been taken by the institution as one of its best practices. Under this initiative gifting plants to guests and faculty has become the tradition of the institution. A Hawan Yagya was done by principal madam, staff and students on 20th October 2024 to purify the environment with ved mantras and Prasad of Laddoos was distributed to all.

A beautiful Rangoli was made by students of Home Science department. Principal Mam inspired everyone to make this Diwali eco-friendly by choosing diya enlightenment, rangoli making and spending quality time with their loved ones. For celebrating environment friendly Diwali, Staff Welfare Society and Eco Club of college gifted Ornamental Potted Plants to all faculty members to ensure a healthier planet for future generations. Everyone celebrated Diwali with enthusiasm and created awareness about Green Diwali. Principal madam appreciated the efforts of Prof. Sangeeta Malhotra, convener of  Staff Welfare Society to make this event memorable.
