13 May 2023 ↑ Shanti Devi Arya Mahila Senior Secondary School organised a picnic on 13 May, 2023 to 'Pondhori Mahantan Dhaam' in Pondhori Village under the able patronage of the principal, Dr. Reena Talwar. There were around 125 students accompanied with 4 staff members, Ms. Sonam , Ms. Priya Gupta, Ms. Kulwinder Kaur and Ms. Simerjeet kaur.

 As the students saw the scenic beauty of the park around the pond, they were extremely thrilled. The temple gave an experience of being surrounded by greenery and the beauty of the place. A delicious breakfast was followed by a tour of the temple shrine where the students got to learn about the history and importance of the holy place. They visited the market outside the shrine and did shopping. Indeed, it was a great fun packed day for all the students and the teachers.
