24 Nov 2021 ↑ Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College,Dinanagar is pleased to inform you that on the auspicious occasion of ‘52nd Foundation Day Celebration’ of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, a Folk Art Exhibition was organised in the premises of the University on 24th Nov. 2021.

The students of our institution under the able guidance of esteemed Principal Dr. Reena Talwar, enthusiastically participated in this exhibition and attained felicitations and admiration from the Chief Guests Dr. Karamjeet Singh, Vice Chancellor, Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University, Patiala and Prof. Raghuvendra Tanwar, Professor Emeritus Kurukshetra University and Director, Haryana Academy of History and Culture. The College represented the Sacred Punjabi Heritage in the forms of ‘Gaaggar, Charkha, Chaatti, Kayi, Pakhiyan, Sandook’ etc. Dr. Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vice Chancellor, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar applauded the commendable efforts of the college.Principal Dr. Reena Talwar congratulated Dr. Kulwinder Kaur, Dean, Youth Welfare Department, Mrs. Deepak Jyoti, Ms. Hardeep and the Staff Members for promoting the glory of Punjabi Culture among the youth.
