The programme started with the chanting of Vedic mantras and Ganesh Vandana followed by lighting of lamp. The Fiesta consisted of various events in which 18 school-teams participated. Principal Dr. Reena Talwar welcomed the principals, teachers and participants from various remarkable institutions. Throwing light on the activities of the college, Dr. Talwar said that the main aim of organizing 'The Fiesta' is to encourage the students to do their level best and to showcase their talents. The Chief Guest, Dr. Rajesh kumar, while praising the institute, said that such sort of events should be a constant part of college to inculcate the spirit of co-operation among students. He lauded the tremendous efforts of the Management, Principal and the staff members in taking this institution to greater heights. The Jury consisted of Mrs. Monika, Mrs. Renu Salaria, Mr. Sahil kalotra, Mrs. Randeep Kaur, Mr. Lalit, Mrs. Manju Bala. Other guests of the event were Mr. Nawal Mahajan, Mr. Vishal Gupta, Mr. Prem Bharat, Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, Mr. Jatinder Mahajan, Mr. Ishwar Bhalla, Mr. Arun Vij, Mr. Kunwar Ricky, Mr. Vijay Kansra and Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh, the owner of D.S. international school, khaleejpur.
'The Fiesta-2022' was organised under the co-ordination of Dr. Sonam Gupta, Mr. Mohit Agarwal, Mrs. Ekta and Mrs. Rama Kapoor and Ms. Sonam. The stage was conducted by Dr. Neenu Sharma and Dr. Anjana Malhotra.
In the *Dance Competition*,the first position was bagged by Shanti Devi Arya Sen. Sec. School, the Second position was secured by Govt. Sr. Sec. School, kalichpur and third by D.R. Puri School and S.M.S.A. Govt School, Dnn.
In the *Singing Competition*, Ravneet, Arya Sen. Sec. School bagged first position, the 2nd position was won by Palak, Govt Girls School,Dnn and the 3rd position by Shivali,Shanti Devi Arya Sen. Sec. School and Sheetu, Sumitra Devi School.
In *PPT Competition*, Gurleen from SSM Collegiate School got first position, Harleen, Pandit Mohan lal Collegiate School got second position & Dishita, SSM Collegiate School, got third position.
In the *Poster Making Competition*, the first position was bagged by Vanshika,Shanti Devi Arya Sen. Sec. School, second by Pihu,Sumitra Devi Sen. Sec. School and 3rd by Rimci, Shanti Devi Arya Sen. Sec. School and Consolidation prize by Palak, Government Sen. Sec. School, Begowal.
In the *Slogan Writing Competition*, the first position was secured by Anamika, Shanti Devi Arya Sen. Sec. School, the second position by Jaspreet, Sumitra Devi School and third by Pooja, Govt Sen. Sec. School, khalichpur.
In the *Declamation Competition*, Kalpana, Shanti Devi Arya Sen. Sec. school Dinanagar stood first, Harshita, S.M.S.A. Govt School, Dnn got second position and Janvi, SSM Collegiate School Dinanagar got third position.
In the *Ad-Mad Show Competition*, the first position was bagged by Shanti Devi Arya Sen. Sec. School, 2nd position by Sumitra Devi Sen. Sec. School and third position by Govt Girls School.
In the *Best out of Waste Competition*, the first position was secured by lalita and Tamanna Shanti Devi Arya Sen. Sec. School 2nd position by Isha, SSM Collegiate School & 3rd position by Palak, HRA International School.
Principal Mam congratulated the winning teams. At the end of this event, Chief Guest, Dr. Rajesh kumar and Guest of honour, Dr. Satnam Deol along with Principal, Mr. Pawan Kumar, D.R. Puri High school Dinanagar, Principal, Mr. Jaskaranjit Singh, Government Sen. Sec. Boys School , Principal, Mrs. Upma Mahajan, Sumitra Devi Sen. Sec school, Principal, Mrs. Rama, Vivekanand school, Principal, Mrs. Swaraj, D.S. International School, Kalichpur, Principal, Mr. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, GSSS, kalichpur were honoured with the mementoes.
