06 Oct 2022 ↑ Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College Dinanagar, organised meetings with students belonging to SC category (Freshers and old students) under the guidance of Ministry of Social justice and Empowerment, as well as all other students belonging to OBC/BC/General category also, to make them aware about various type of scholarships, under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Reena Talwar on dated 22.8.2022, 23.8.2022, 3.9.2022, 30.9.2022. These meetings were held , so that maximum number of students can apply for the Scholarships.

Principal mam told that Centrally sponsored Post matric scholarship scheme for SC students is the largest welfare scheme of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, whose benefits are extended to many SC students and it's objective is to improve the gross enrollment ratio and thereby raising the educational status of poor SC students in the country. She advised all the potential scholarship holders to apply for renewal immediately.    Nodal officer for scholarships Mrs. Sunita Verma made the students aware about various types of  scholarships from various Government and non government organisations like scholarship for the SC category, single girl child , minorities ,  GNDU merits, Sitaram Jindal foundation  etc., During these meetings Principal Dr. Reena Talwar, Nodal officer Mrs. Sunita Verma,  Dr. Sushma Gupta , Mr. Sudhir and Mr. Vishal were also present.
