27 Apr 2024 ↑ Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College, Dinanagar organised Alumni Meet under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Sushma Gupta, Mr. Dharam Indu Gupta, Secretary, College Managing Committee and Alumni Association of the college on 27th April, 2024. Many Alumni of the college attended the meet reminiscing their cherished moments created in the institution. At the onset, Madam principal with the staff members gave a floral welcome to the guests Ms. Sanjeev Dogra, the President of Alumni Association of the college, Ms. Meenakshi and Ms. Jatinder, Punjab Police followed by Vidhya Jyoti.

 In her welcome address, madam Principal while stating the importance of Alumni Meet said that these meetings allow former students to come together and reconnect with their peers, faculty members, and their alma mater. Ms. Sanjeev Dogra, the eminent guest talked about her experience with the institution and expressed her gratitude to the staff members of the college. She emphasised on the importance of financial independence in every female’s life. Ms. Meenakshi while reminiscing her time talked about her volunteering in NCC and learning life skills under the guidance of her teachers. Ms. Jatinder emphasised on the importance of reading books. Ms. Chetna recited a beautiful self composed poem on teachers. Dr. Anjana conducted the stage and presented vote of thanks to all the guests. At the end of the event, Madam Principal along with other staff members honoured the guests with souvenirs.
