01 Mar 2021 ↑ Science Department of Shanti Devi Arya mahila College Dinanagar, celebrated “National Science day 2021” sponsored by PSCST, NCSTC, Government of India, under the guidance of Director Mrs. Ratna Sharma.

Theme for  “National Science Day 2021” :  “Future of STI: Impacts on Education, Skills and Work" 

The main aim to celebrate this day is to spread the message of importance of the Science and technology among the people, to give opportunity to the scientific minded citizens in India and to encourage the people as well as to popularize the science and technology.

 To celebrate National Science day, Seminar was also organized in the college during which Eminent Resource Persons were Dr. Arvinder Kaur,  professor in the Department of Zoological sciences, Guru Nanak Dev University,Amritsar and Dr. Saroj Arora, Department of Botanical and Environmental sciences,Guru Nanak Dev University,Amritsar.During National Science day Celebration, Various competitions were also organized in the college that is poster making, slogan writing and collage making.
