She told that wetlands play a crucial role in water purification by filtering out pollutants, absorbing nutrients, and trapping sediments.Mrs Sunita Verma told that Wetlands, often referred to as 'nature's kidneys', are vital in maintaining the quality of water.During this day, poster making and slogan writing competitions were held in which the Biotechnology department students i.e Anchal, saloni, Diksha, sakshi, Tamanna, Ramanpreet Kaur, Nupur Kabotra, Chahat, Damini, Sakshi Sharma , Sunaina, Karan, Nainita, Gurpinder, Inder, Radhika, Harshika, Simran Kumari, Simran Kaur, Varsha, Neha, Kritika, Kanika, Nirjala, Sohni, Avneet Kaur, Preeti Sangral, Mehak, Shallu participated with great enthusiasm.
