26 Aug 2023 ↑ PG Department of Punjabi organised an extension lecture on "Punjabi Sahit Alochna te Meta Alochna" on 26th August 2023 under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Reena Talwar and under the headship of Dr. Kulwinder Kaur Chheena. Dr. Naresh Kumar, Assistant Professor, Punjabi and Dogri Department, Central University of Himachal Pradesh was the eminent speaker.

Dr. Sushma Gupta, Dr. Kulwinder kaur, Ms. Randeep Dhoot and Dr. Deepak Jyoti welcomed him with potted plant. In her welcome address, Dr. Kulwinder Kaur commended the research work of Dr. Naresh in field of the said topic. Dr. Naresh used the simplest and the most comprehensive way to make students understand the intricate dichotomy of Criticism and Meta-Criticism. Citing the quotes from the text 'My Degestan' by Rasul Gamzatov, he preached the life lessons to live life with dignity. All the students jotted down the crucial points and thoroughly enjoyed the lecture. At the end of the lecture, all the above mentioned teachers along with Ms. Sangeeta Malhotra, Ms. Poonam Mahajan, Ms. Dilpreet Kaur, the faculty of Punjabi Department- Ms. Jagdish Kaur, Ms. Maninder kaur, Ms. Sattinder Kaur, Ms. Kulwinder kaur, Ms. Baby, Ms. Rukmani, Ms. Amandeep Kaur, and Ms. Harinder Kaur presented him the souvenir.
