15 Jan 2023 ↑ On fourth day of 7 Days Special NSS camp a workshop on Textile Printing was organised for women at adopted village Saidipur, during the morning session. Ms Aditi and Miss Rajwinder Kaur , Assistant Professors from Fashion Designing Department were invited to organise this workshop. They gave demonstrations for block printing, Stencil printing and Tie & Dye during this workshop. Workshop was a great success . All the womenfolk was very keen to learn all these techniques because the outcome products of the workshop were very beautiful. They were happy to see the effects of Tie & Dye on a Dupatta. Mrs. Vijay Thakur appreciated the efforts done by faculty of fashion designing Deptt. and also gave thanks to NSS program officers Mrs. Sangeeta Malhotra and Dr. Deepak Jyoti along with all volunteers for organising such a useful workshop for villageers as it can help them to become economically independent.
