07 Apr 2025 ↑ On 7th April 2025, a detailed lecture on the topic 'Classical Evaluation of Ramcharitmanas' was organized on the occasion of Ramnavami, under the guidance of Dr. Sarla Nirankari, Secretary Shri Dharm Indu Gupta and Dr. Dimple Sharma, Head, PG Department of Hindi. On this occasion, Prof. Punita Sehgal played the role of scholar as the keynote speaker. The guests who came to the program were felicitated by offering flowers.

 In the workshop, Dr. Sarla Nirankari said that the character of Lord Rama described in Ramcharitmanas, despite being all-powerful, is modest. Prof. Punita Sehgal said that Ram Katha is a mirror of a special period of the past in our glory. In Ramcharitmanas, Lord Rama and Sita are artists of human values ??from ages to ages. While conducting the programme, Dr. Dimple Sharma said that Ramcharitmanas is full of devotion, ideals, character etc. and along with this, it should also be placed in the category of love poetry. The student of B.Sc. Computer Science Semester II sang Ram Stuti.  In the end, along with the Aarti of Lord Shri Ramchandra Ji, Prasad was distributed. Dr. Sarla Nirankari presented the college's memento to Prof. Punita Sehgal. Ms. Jyoti Saini, Ms. Manpreet, Mrs. Priya Thakur, Dr. Dimple Sharma, Ms. Somta, Librarian Mrs. Hardeep Kaur were present in the event.
