On this occasion, Ms. Taljinder Kaur and her ace student Namarta practiced Yoga poses with the teacher and students. While giving detailed information about the importance of yoga in human life to the students, She said that yoga has special importance in human life and every person should do yoga for physical and mental fitness. They practiced many Yoga Poses like Tadasana, Sukhasana and many more. The students even made posters to create a general awareness. Principal Ma’am Dr. Sushma Gupta commended the program organized by the departments.
