12 Mar 2025 ↑ Mrs. Jyoti Saini, Head of the PG Department of Fashion Designing and NSS Program Officer attended a training session on Disaster Management in Basic Training for police and civil employees. The session was organized by the Department of Personnel Training (DoPT), Government of India, in collaboration with the Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Government of Punjab, Chandigarh. The three-day training session, held from March 10 to 12, 2025, aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage disasters effectively.

 The training program was designed to enhance the capacity of police and civil employees in disaster management, enabling them to respond efficiently to disasters and emergencies. Mrs Jyoti Saini's participation in the training session demonstrates her commitment to enhancing her skills and knowledge in disaster management.
