29 Oct 2022 ↑ *First Runner-Up Trophy bagged by Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College, Dinanagar*. Under the valuable guidance of Principal Dr.Reena Talwar, Dean Dr. Kulwinder Kaur, Coordinator, Dr. Deepak Jyoti, Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College won *‘1st Runner-Up’* Trophy in *‘Zonal Youth Festival’* at *Guru Nanak Dev University* from 26th to 28th October, 2022. The college participated comprehensively in *33 events* and won the First Runners-Up Trophy by accumulating *118 points*.

The college won *first positions in 12 events*, *second positions in 11 events* and *3rd positions in 3 events*. The first Positions are bagged in Collage Making, Installation, Poster Making, Cartooning, Clay Modeling, Photography, Rangoli, Mehandi, Phulkari, Mimicry, Play and Costume Parade. The Second Positions are bagged in Group Shabad/ Bhajan, Group Song Indian, Folk Orchestra, Vaar Singing, Poetical Symposium, Mime, Skit, Western Group Song, Western Solo Song, Western Instrumental and Group Dance.The third Positions are bagged in Painting on the spot, Quiz, Classical Music Vocal Solo.Heartfelt Felicitations to the the Incharges, accompanists, teachers, helpers and the students of this esteemed Institution.  Mr. Dharam Indu Gupta, Secretary, the other esteemed members of Managing Committee congratulated Principal Dr.Reena Talwar, the staff members and students of the college on this glorious achievement. The joy of this victory was celebrated with great zeal by the students in the college campus.
