25 Mar 2025 ↑ Faculty Development Program (FDP) was organised on Research Methodology on March 25, 2025 under the patronage of IQAC. The program was conducted under the guidance of the managing committee and Principal Dr. Sarla Nirankari. Prof. Dr. Ashwani Luthra ,a distinguished expert from the Department of Economics , IQAC Director in Guru Nanak Dev University was a keynote speaker of sixth day. With an excellent academic background, including 58 research papers in various journals and published 18 chapters in different books.

Prof. Dr. Luthra shared his invaluable experience on NAAC Assessment and  Accreditation -criteria and Research methodology, greatly benefiting the teaching staff. Prof. Dr Luthra shared different aspects of NAAC Assessment and Accreditation -criteria and  Research methodology. The FDP aimed to enhance the research skills of faculty members, equipping them with the latest techniques and methodologies .This FDP   demonstrated Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College's commitment to faculty development and its pursuit of academic excellence.
