10 Oct 2022 ↑ "Enlightenment Minds" Psychology club of Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College, Dinanagar, under the able guidance of principal, Dr. Reena Talwar, celebrated "World Mental Health Day" on 10th October 2022 under "Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat Mission" and IQAC. An extension lecture was delivered by Dr. Sonam Gupta,Head Psychology Department on Mental Health,focussing on the common mental health conditions like anxiety and mood disorders and suggested the ways to take care of one's mental health. A psychological testing session was also carried out on 80 students in which students were made aware of their locus of control (whether internal or external).Dr. Gupta talked about the importance of locus of control in students academic, as well as life success and failures.
