14 Oct 2023 ↑ English literary Society of PG Department of English, under IQAC and under the leadership of esteemed principal Dr. Sushma Gupta organised Slogan Writing and Poster Making Competitions to mark the eminence of the Birth Anniversary of Mr. A. P. j. Abdul Kalam on 14th October, 2023. The judges for the event were Dr. Kulwinder Kaur and Ms. Sonika. Many students participated in both the events.

In Slogan Writing-

1st. Shivali Katak, BA SS 1st sem

2nd- Jahanvi, +2 Arts

3rd- Sanjana, BBA 1st sem

In Poster Making-

1st- Deeksha, BA 1st sem

2nd- Dolly, BA 1st sem

3rd- Janhavi, +2 Arts and Riya BA 1st sem

Madam Principal along with the judges and faculty of English Department congratulated the winners and handed them certificates. She commended the efforts of Ms. Dilpreet Kaur, head, PG Department of English. This event also became the harbinger of the student council of the said society. The students were also honoured with the badges.
