02 Mar 2024 ↑ Electoral Literacy Club and NSS Department organized a voting awareness campaign under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Sushma Gupta and Mr. Indu Gupta, Secretary, Managing Committee related to upcoming assembly elections under SWEEP activities on 2nd March, 2024.

 A team of four members deputed by DC Office, Gurdaspur visited the college. They trained the students about the process of casting of vote. They elaborated the dos and don’ts. Most of the students were new electors and will participate in election process first time. They participated in this activity enthusiastically. Members of Electoral literacy Club- Dr. Parveen Saini, Ms. Dilpreet Kaur, Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Kanika along with NSS Programme Officers Mrs. Sangeeta Malhotra, Mrs. Sunita Verma, Dr. Deepak Jyoti and Mrs. Jyoti Saini were also there to guide the students about the power of casting fair vote. At the end of the event, madam Principal expressed her gratitude to the guests and appreciated the concerned departments for their efforts.
