Principal madam told that Vermicompost is rich in Nitrogen, Potassium, Phosphorus, other micronutrients, beneficial soil microbes, Plant Growth Hormones & Enzymes. It protects plants from pests and many diseases, helps to develop better root systems and produce higher yields.Mrs. Sunita Verma told that Vermicomposting is a process of scientifically decomposing kitchen waste, leftover greens, dried leaves, paper, Agriculture waste or any other form of organic waste , into nutrient enriched, extremely beneficial compost or fertiliser for the soil, by using earthworms. She told that we all should adopt this technique for the protection of environmnt. During this Occasion Dr. Sonam Gupta, Mrs. Sunita Verma, Dr. Parveen Saini, were also present to enhance the grace of the occasion.
