22 Apr 2024 ↑ Eco Club in collaboration of Science department, F.D department & NSS department, under Environment Education Program & under guidelines of State Nodal Agency, Punjab State council for Science and Technology catalyzed and supported by NCSTC, DST, GOI, under the supervision of Principal Dr. Sushma Gupta, Management Secretary Sh. Dharm Indu Gupta, Eco club coordinator Mrs. Sunita Verma, celebrated World Earth Day on 22nd April 2024.

On this day Workshop on best out of waste and  poster making competition was organised, in which the students participated enthusiastically.  Principal madam threw light upon  theme for Earth Day 2024, “Planet vs. Plastics. She told that this theme emphasizes the need for collective action to repair and heal the planet's ecosystems, combat climate change, and preserve biodiversity. For the best out of waste activity, Various articles made were Tin Seater, plastic bottles Pots, waste material Bags,  Embroided clock, Pen stand ,  peacock toy, birds nest, tyres seater etc. from Waste Materials like:  jute, plastic bottles, waste fabric, coconut, threads, wool, papers , colour, cardboard etc.During this day Dr. Kulwinder Kaur (PRO), Mrs. Sunita Verma, Mrs. Randeep Dhoot, Dr. Deepak Jyoti, Dr. Parveen Saini, Dr. Neenu Sharma, Dr. Sonam Gupta, Dr. Anjna Malhotra, Mrs. Jyoti Saini, Mrs. Sangeeta Malhotra, Mrs. Meenal Gupta,   Mrs. Vandana and  Ms. Rajwant were also present to enhance the grace of the occasion
