25 Nov 2024 ↑ Dr. Sonam Gupta, Assistant Professor and Head of the Psychology Department was invited as a resource person at Sumitra Devi Arya Senior Secondary School, Dinanagar on November 25, 2024. Dr. Sonam Gupta delivered a thought-provoking lecture on the importance of self-discipline in life. Addressing the students and teachers, she emphasized that self-discipline is the key to controlling one's thoughts, actions, and behavior. She shared simple yet effective steps to incorporate self-discipline into daily routines, particularly for students.
