21 May 2025 ↑ Dr. Sarla Nirankari, Principal of Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College, Dinanagar, was invited as a resource person in a three-day training program on "Leadership and Team Building" organized by MGSIPA in Gurdaspur. The program was sponsored by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, and took place from May 19-21, 2025, at Panchayat Bhawan, Gurdaspur. Dr. Sarla Nirankari delivered motivational lectures on Time Management and Stress Management. She emphasized the importance of effective time management in leadership roles. She also emphasised on Faith and resilience. She motivated the participants to maintain faith in God and themselves, especially during uncertain and difficult times.

Dr. Nirankari's session was well-received by the participants, providing valuable insights and practical advice on leadership and team building. Her expertise and experience as a principal made her a valuable resource person for the program.
