20 May 2024 ↑ Dr. Poonam Mahajan (Head, Department of Hindi), attended one day workshop on the topic "Rajbhasha Hindi" organised by Airport Authority of India, Shri Guru Ram Das International Airport, Amritsar, headed by Mr. Vipin Kant Seth, Airport Director and under the able guidance of Ms. Aditi Sharma, Assistant Manager, Official Language Section on 20th May, 2024. She was given a floral welcome at the start of the event.

Dr. Poonam Mahajan lucidly and effectively presented her views on "Use of Hindi in Administrative Correspondence: Problems and Solutions" as the keynote speaker, while Prof. Sunil Kumar (Dean, Faculty of Languages, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar) presided over as chief guest. All the staff of the airport authority thoroughly enjoyed the session and noted down the main points. Madam Principal Dr. Sushma Gupta appreciated the efforts of Dr. Poonam Mahajan.
