The ceremony was graced by esteemed Guests of Honour, including Principal Jaskaran Singh (PM Shri GSSS), Principal Rama Sharma (Vivekanand School, Dinanagar), Mr. Sanjeev Kumar (Lecturer in Commerce), and Mr. Ashwini Sharma (Lecturer in Political Science). The programme commenced with the lighting of the Vidya Jyoti and the recitation of Vedic Mantras, followed by a bhajan, creating a spiritual and disciplined atmosphere. The camp report was presented by Ms. Tarnnum, a B.Sc. Medical student, highlighting the objectives, activities, and achievements of the seven-day NSS camp, while the stage proceedings were efficiently conducted by Dr. Pooja.In her presidential address, Dr. Sarla Nirankari appreciated the sincere efforts of the NSS volunteers and programme officers. She encouraged students to adopt the values of discipline, social service, and responsibility in their daily lives and motivated them to actively contribute to nation-building activities through NSS. Principal Jaskaran Singh congratulated the college on the successful organization of the camp and emphasized the importance of youth participation in social service, highlighting NSS’s role in developing leadership qualities, unity, and a spirit of selfless service among students.During the ceremony, the NSS Best Volunteers were honoured with medals for their outstanding dedication and service. The awardees were Nidhi Sharma, Tarannum Sharma, Nidhi, Naiya, and Simran. Certificates were distributed to all NSS volunteers by the respected Principal, and the distinguished guests were honoured with the college insignia as a token of respect and gratitude.
