05 Mar 2022 ↑ ‘Career Guidance Cell’ of Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College, Dinanagar organised a career counselling program with the teachers of ‘Austin Institutions, Gurdaspur’ for the students of +2 and final year under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Reena Talwar. The main aim for this program was to create awareness among the students about their careers and particularly in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism and Retail. Principal Madam specifically emphasised on the need of such programs for the holistic development of every student

‘Career Guidance Cell’ of Shanti Devi Arya Mahila College, Dinanagar organised a career counselling program with the teachers of ‘Austin Institutions, Gurdaspur’ for the students of +2 and final year under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Reena Talwar. The main aim for this program was to create awareness among the  students about their careers and particularly in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism and Retail. Principal Madam specifically emphasised on the need of such programs for the holistic development of every student. She insisted on providing unbiased and fruitful resources to every student. The counsellors, Ms. Rosy Gupta and Ms. Shivani Rajput encouraged the students on choosing the field they are interested in rather than allowing somebody else to govern them. Through this program, the students acquired alot about various dimensions in which they can enhance their personalities and can also make a name for themselves. The counsellors encouraged the students by playing quiz and also gave them notebooks. The students learnt alot in the program and were happy that the college had organised such an interesting program. At the end of the event, the counsellors were honoured with souvenirs by Principal Ma’am. With such zeal and enthusiasm, they also honoured the Principal Mam meditating the success of such event.
