24 Nov 2025 ↑ A special lecture was organised by the Postgraduate Punjabi Department to mark the 350th Martyrdom Day of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.

The programme was held under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sarla Nirankari and Secretary Dharam Indu Gupta Renowned Sikh scholar and Historian S. Harjinder Singh Razada, addressed the students and highlighted Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s supreme sacrifice for the protection of humanity. Principal Dr. Sarla Nirankari encouraged students to adopt moral values and follow Guru Sahib’s teachings. A speech competition was conducted on this occasion in which students participated and got different positions :

Faculty members including Prof. Jagdish Kaur, Prof. Kulwinder Kaur, Prof. Hardeep Kaur, Prof. Rukmani Devi, Prof. Kulwant Kaur ,Satinderpal Kaur, Amandeep, and Mehak were present.

The programme successfully inspired students to understand the values of courage, sacrifice, and righteousness embodied by Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
