
The program started with the recitation of Vedic mantras and lighting of the lamp. The guests were greeted with flowers. Mr. Pramod, Convener, Regional Social Harmony, was the chief guest; Principal Dr. Nirmal Pandhi, Member Matrishakti Department Social Harmony, Dr. Sonia Sharma, and Ms. Mohini Thakur, Head of Department Matrishakti, participated as speakers. Principal Dr. Sarla Nirankari described Lokmata Ahilyabai as an inspiration and praised the praiseworthy work done by her. Motivating the students, she said that there is a great need to adopt the teachings of Nari Shakti Ahilyabai in our lives. Mr. Pramod said in his speech that Ahilyabai Holkar, born in a poor family, became the queen of a very big empire on the basis of her character and qualities. Ahilyabai Holkar played an active role in every field and got her name inscribed on the pages of history. Principal Mrs. Nirmal Pandhi praised the imperialist policies of Ahilyabai Holkar and called her the living embodiment of justice. Dr. Sonia Sharma asserted Ahilyabai Holkar as a woman of extraordinary personality despite having an ordinary personality. Mrs. Mohini Thakur said that a person is not high or low by his caste, only by his thoughts. The stage was successfully conducted by Dr. Anjana Malhotra. Principal Dr. Sarla Nirankari honored the visiting guests by giving them a memento of the college.
