15 Mar 2023 ↑ Social Entrepreneurship, Swachtta & Rural Engagement Cell of esteemed Institution in Collaboration with Ministry of Higher Education Government of India organised Sdam Bazaar under the remarkable patronage of Principal Dr. Reena Talwar and under the guidance of Mr. Samarth Sharma, Consultant, MGNCRE. In this Day long Bazaar, varied departments of the college participated and showcased their talents. PG Department of Fashion Designing, under the headship of Ms. Jyoti Saini, laid an exhibition naming Fashion Styling/ Craft and Handiwork.

In Traditional Embroidery, the department displayed Embroidered Duppattas, Suits and bags; in Crochet Area- Mufler, Scarf, Cap, Ponchow, Crochet Baby Suits, Sweaters and Purses; in Cushion Corner- Painted Cushions, Smoking Cushions, Embroidered Cushions, Ribbon Weaved Cushions; in Soft Toys- Teddy Bear, Dogs and Rabbits; in Paint Gallery- Painted Sarees, Bed Sheets and Pillow Covers. The Department of Home Science, under the headship of Ms. Sangeeta Malhotra, organised Food Corner where they sold delicious Dahi Poori, Frozen Vegetables, Idli Sambar and Nutritious Bhujia. The Department of Cosmetology, under the headship of Ms. Sonia arranged Beauty Corner where they provided brilliant services of applying Mehndi, Nail Art, Hair Cut and Threading. The Department of Fine Arts, under the headship of Ms. Sonia, organised Creative Art studio stall where the students exhibited their scintillating artworks on Mandala Art, Doodle Art Paintings, Miniature Paintings and Portrait Paintings. They sold all the things at affordable prices. Principal Madam along with Ms. Samita Khajuria, Instructor, MGNCRE and the teachers of the institution viewed the exhibition. They even bought many things and relished appetising food items. Principal Madam appreciated the efforts of concerned departments and Ms. Jyoti Saini, Nodal Officer, MGNCRE who coordinated the exhibition. All the students and the staff members earnestly enjoyed the event.
