06 Apr 2024 ↑ PG Department of Fashion Designing organised one day Industry Visit at "Raaz Blocks" in Batala under the able patronage of Principal Dr. Sushma Gupta ,Mr Dharam Indu Gupta, Secretary, Managing Committee and the headship of Ms. Jyoti Saini, PG Department of Fashion Designing on 6th April, 2024. The students acquired skills in learning block printing, freehand painting, screen printing on articles such as sarees, dress materials, bedsheets, frocks, etc. The mentors Mr. Raj and Ms. Surbhi guided the students.

The faculty members of the department Ms. Vandana, Ms. Romya, Ms. Rajwant, Ms. Navjot and Ms. Pooja accompanied the students in this visit. it's aim was to create an interaction between students and a real time working  industry. After this, they all paid their obeisance at Shri Achaleshwar Dham Temple and Achal Sahib Gurudwara. They relished the Guru Ka Langar and served in the community kitchen to show their gratitude. Principal Madam appreciated the teachers & the students for their efforts which bridged the gap between classroom learning and practical application. The students thoroughly enjoyed and learnt about the latest technology and  trends.
