26 Mar 2025 ↑ Faculty Development Program (FDP) was successfully concluded on 26-03-2025. The program was organized under the able guidance of the Managing Committee and Principal, Dr. Sarla Nirankari. The FDP aimed to enhance the research skills and teaching methodologies of the faculty members. The resource person for the FDP was Dr. Aneet Kumar from Sant Baba Bhag Singh University. As an eminent guest and expert in the field of research methodology, Dr. Aneet Kumar shared his knowledge and expertise with the faculty members. During the concluding session, he explained research methodology to the teachers in a clear and concise manner.

 The session covered various aspects of research, including:

- Research design and methodology

- Data collection and analysis

- Research ethics and best practices

- Writing and publishing research papers. 

The faculty members appreciated the engaging and interactive presentation style, which made the complex concepts easy to understand.

The successful completion of the Faculty Development Program is a testament to the college's commitment to faculty development and academic excellence.
